Greener Family was founded in 2021 by Jennifer Diaz, who brings a diverse background in IT, Business and Marketing from her experiences in Colombia and Spain. After relocating to Australia and navigating through the challenges of the pandemic, Jennifer decided to venture into entrepreneurship with a domestic cleaning business, driven by her family's entrepreneurial spirit.

The pivotal moment came when Jennifer connected with a vibrant senior lady from Greece. She noticed the needs that this population had beyond just household tasks and cleaning—empathy, kindness, and compassion paired with a big smile and great energy. Jennifer felt there was an opportunity to both help this population and make a meaningful impact in their lives,

and that is how this encounter not only led to a warm friendship but also marked the beginning of Greener Family's journey into home care services.

Driven by a passion for supporting elderly individuals in their homes, Greener Family soon established partnerships with Home Care Package Providers. What started as a small initiative grew rapidly, fueled by Jennifer's dedication to compassionate care. Today, Greener Family comprises a dedicated team of over a dozen professionals, offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of our customers and partners.
